1. Development and management of a Business Improvement programme.

2. Management of high risk system projects

Group 4 Securicor Security Services

In July 2004 Group 4 Falck´s security business merged with Securicor to create the world´s second largest security provider.

Red Egg provides a support service to G4S for it´s JDEdwards OneWorld application that includes regular consultant visits , help-desk and call-out support.

Red Egg continues to work with G4S on a number of business improvement projects, including budgeting and forecasting, procure to pay, and AUDDIS.
